Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and the selected shipping method:
Domestic deliveries: 3–7 business days
International deliveries: 7–21 business days
The specified timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or peak periods may extend delivery times.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total, product weight, and delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a notification containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking information becomes available within 24–48 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please send a notification with photos to hello@zovlane.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import fees, or local taxes may be charged. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Zovlane.
